Former coaching inn and hotel. Golf placques, trophies and old photos of the local area adorn the walls of the central lounge and bar. Other rooms include a restaurant and a public bar with pool table at the rear. Three of the four real ales available and change regularly. Beer garden. The pub sponsors the Rose & Crown Golf Society. One of the guest ales is always from Tydd Steam or Oakham Ales. Currently closed and surrounded by metal fencing but carpark is being resurfaced so hopefully open again soon.
